We Care Program
When
have a Pick-n-Save Advantage Card and the Madison School PTA charity code assigned to it, 1% of the amount you spend at any
Pick-n-Save goes to the Madison School PTA, and in addition, you can save money on certain purchases when you use your Advantage
Card at Pick-n-Save. The Madison School PTA charity code number is: 482000. If you would like to get an Advantage Card, stop by any Pick-n-Save customer service
desk to request one. They will have you fill out a quick and easy form. Or if you already have an Advantage Card,
stop by the customer service desk to fill out a quick form to assign the Madison School PTA charity code to your account.
Target
Take Charge of Education Program
The Madison School PTA will receive a donation from Target of 1% of your purchases at Target made with a Target REDcard
and a 1/2% anywhere else the Target REDcard (a Visa credit card) will be accepted. In addition, with every 1,000 Target
Rewards points you earn, you get a 10% off shopping day at Target. Rewards are earned by using the REDcard at Target
and everywhere Visa credit cards are accepted. To get a Target REDcard, that you can use at Target and other places
that accept VISA, go to Target’s website to apply or apply in a Target store. After you apply and are approved
for the credit card, then enroll in the Take Charge of Education program at www.Target.com/tcoe or call 1-800-316-6142. Enter or tell the representative the Madison Elementary School Target
ID #109795. You can also enroll for Target Pharmacy Rewards at www.Target.com/pharmacy rewards or call 1-877-RX-TARGET and every 10 prescriptions you purchase with your REDcard at Target earn a
10% off shopping day at Target.

Kemp’s/Golden Guernsey cap

Save Your Milk Caps!!
Madison School will receive 5¢ for every Kemp’s milk caps and proof of
purchase seals and Golden Guernsey milk caps we save, but we need your help! We need at least 2,000 caps
to send in for each program and we are approximately halfway there! This is an easy way to earn money for
our school and an easy way for your neighbors, grandparents, co-workers and friends to help.
Items can be placed
in the marked box at the school entrance. Money earned will be used for school programs, supplies, and equipment.

Nestle has discontinued their program and we will no longer be collecting labels from Nestle water bottles. We
are hoping that this program will be reinstated again in the future. Thank you for all your efforts with
